In 1991, the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo led to its relocation. There was a transfer of operation to Cauayan Isabela. Not long after, there was a persistent call to reopen and resume operation; thus, in the later part of 1992, it again flourished as a catalyst to revive the infested area and restore its value for trade and commerce.
It metamorphosed from the history of the old building in 1992 – 1997, to the construction of this new building in 2003.
On August 30, 2003, with the aid of great kapampangan historians, this building was inaugurated. It houses various often for pleasure and entertainment as one witness the glort and richness of the Kapampangan culture, Every corner is truly Kapampangan.
