                  ¤ - Kicker

In case the hands have similar pair, the hand with the higher kicker value wins.

If the hand does not have a trio or a pair, the hand will play Lucky 9.

 Lucky 9

Tens, Jacks, Queens and Kings count 0. The ace counts 1 while 2 through 9 are at face value.  A hand is evaluated as the sum of its card values modulo ten of its cards, i.e., only the last digit of the total is counted.

Similar to Poker, the highest card will be Ace while the lowest card is 2.

C. TIE

This bet is based on the proposition that a particular deal could result in a TIE. There will be No Action for both hands (player and dealer).

Poker

If the three cards are identical for both hands (player and dealer), it is a TIE or a DRAW.

Lucky 9

A TIE or DRAW will only occur when each of the three cards for both hands (player and dealer) have the same value. An equal final count for both hands (player and dealer) does not necessarily result to a tie. The highest card value of each hand is compared and the hand with the higher card value wins.

D. PAIR of JACKS or HIGHER

When the House results to a pair of Jacks or higher from its three cards, winning bets on the PAIR of JACKS or HIGHER are paid 11:1.

Player’s bet for this proposition is accepted before the start of the deal.

E. PAIR BET

A pair occurs when the player’s hand gets a pair on its initial two cards.

The winning pair bet is entitled to an immediate settlement.

F. DISTRIBUTION OF CARDS

Each card shall be drawn by the Dealer from the shoe using his left hand and pushing the card toward the appropriate player using his right hand.

Starting with the leftmost player, the Dealer shall deliver one (1) card face up to each player who has a bet, proceeding to the right in a clockwise manner, and concluding with a card for the House hand to be placed in the center of the layout in front of the chiprack.

In the same manner, the Dealer shall deliver a second card face up to all participating hands and to the House. A third or last card will be drawn and delivered face down so that each hand ends up with three (3) cards each. The customer will be permitted to examine their third card but will be advised by the Dealer/Pit Supervisor not to mix it with the initial two face-up cards.

House cards shall be piled up with the last card drawn face up and placed side by side.

If a player’s hand qualifies for Poker, the third card must be opened and placed perpendicularly against its two initial face-up cards.

On the other hand, if the hand qualified for Lucky 9 instead, the cards shall be arranged in one row such that the third card is on top.

G. SETTLEMENT OF BETS

Poker

Winning bets are paid as follows:

                  Three-of-a-kind: 1.5 to 1
                  Pair: 1 to 1
                  Pair bet: 10 to 1

Lucky 9

Winning bets are paid 0.95 to 1.
