SLOT MACHINE RAFFLE PROMO

MECHANICS:

     1. Slot machine raffle draw will be conducted every TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY.

         Schedule of raffle draw:  Midday, Early Evening and Late Evening.

     2. Distribution of Tag numbers will be done approximately an hor before the schedule raffle draw.

     3. Slot machines players who are spotted playing on any of our slot machines will be given tag numbers. the players must indicate

         their names at the back of their tag numbers.

     4. Players must keep their tag numbers. No replacement tags shall be issued for lost and misplaced tag numbers

     5. Once a number is called, the holder of the winning tag number must present him/herself physically to be acknowledge.

     6. To claim the prize, the winner must show the winning tag number and any valid identification:

        (Driver's License / SSS/ GSIS / PASSPORT / Company ID's).

     7. The Management's Decision Shall Be Final.
