In line with PAGCOR’s commitment to attract more foreign casino patrons, The Enhanced Foreign Rebate Program (EFPRP) was established.

Only foreign players who can comply with the following requirements may enroll in the EFPRP:

·         The player must be a foreign national

·         The player must present his/her valid original foreign passport.

·         The player has a “Valid Stay” in the country based on Bureau of Immigration rules.

·      The player can check-in the Front Money (FM) required to enroll in the program in either US Dollars or its equivalent in Philippine Pesos.

·         The Player must enroll within 4 months from the latest date of arrival.

Exceptions to these requirements may be granted upon recommendation of branch and approval of the Chairman and CEO.

The Front Money is the playing capital deposited at the treasury or the playing capital checked-in at the table certified by the Pit Manager and witnessed by Internal Security (IS) before or at the start of the play.

Ø  Enrolled players will only be allowed a period of 24 playing hours (within 72 hours) to qualify for amenities and incentives (refer to tables).

Ø  In the program Airfare amenity is granted only once every visit to the country.

Ø  Room and F&B accommodations shall be limited to the three (3) days or 72 hours playing period.

Ø  Any additional amenities to be granted to the player shall be subject to approval of the General Manager or Branch Manager.

Ø  Cash subsidy or reimbursement, equivalent to the amount of amenities the player is entitled to, may be granted.

In cases where in the player has no agent, the 3% commission of his player’s Front Money provided that the player’s total bets is at least six(6) tomes the FM or the player’s actual loss is at least 60% of the FM at the end of the playing period. That agent is also entitled to standard hotel room and complimentary food and beverage. The player is entitled to a Rebate on Actual Loss provided he qualifies and will be based on his FM (refer Tables).
