BINGO GAME RULES

1. At the beginning of each session, the bingo caller shall fill the master board with all seventy-five (75) balls. At least one player must come up and see that the balls are in place and in good condition.
2. Before the commencement of the game, the bingo caller shall announce the prize, color of card and pattern to be played.
3. Prizes for the bingo game shall be paid at the end of each game.
4. The ball is not official until the letter and number are completely called. The winning bingo must be the last number called and/or shown on the video screen. Any bingo without the last number called in the wining pattern is not valid (Sleeper’s Rule).
5. To declare a bingo, the player must prevent the calling of the next ball by shouting “BINGO” loud enough to stop the caller. It is the responsibility of the player to prevent the bingo caller form calling the next ball.
6. Possible winning cards must be presented to the seller for validation. The production number and series number will be checked with the allocation sheet to make sure their cards were sold during this particular session. Validated cards will then be verified before declaring a valid bingo.
7. Once a game is officially closed, no other winning bingo for the game will be honored.
8. All throwaway cards must be daubed or permanently marked. Unmarked cards will not be verified.
9. There will be no refunds on used cards.
10. Splitting of cards in case of multifaceted cards (4 ons or 2 ons) will not be allowed and honored.
11. When there are two or more winners, the prizes (cash or equivalent) will be divided equally among the winners.
12. PAGCOR employees on duty are not allowed to play bingo and are not entitled to claim the NCCs.
13. In case of dispute, discrepancy or technical failure, the Bingo Chairman/SAM-on-duty/GM shall have the final decision.
14. Persons under 21 years of age are not allowed to play bingo.

BINGO PROMOS

Guest Attendance Card

Mechanics:
1. All bingo patrons will be issued a serialized Guest Attendance Card(GAC).
2. The GAC will be validated by the bingo committee member/s.
3. A bingo player should attend 3 consecutive bingo sessions from the first validated attendance.
4. Upon completion of his 3 consecutive visits, the bingo player will be given 1-on extra card package on regular games and will be given another GAC the following bingo session.
