FOREIGN INCENTIVES PROGRAM
ENHANCED FOREIGN PLAYER REBATE PROGRAM (EFPRP)
In this program, enrolled players will only be allowed a period of 24 playing hours(in 72 hours) to qualify for amenities and incentives enlisted in the EFPRP.
Total bets should at least be six times the front money or actual loss is at least 60% of the front money in 24 playing hours.
No re-enrollment option under EFPRP.
Eligibility of Players in Enhanced Foreign Rebate Program
The player must be a foreign national.
The player must present his valid original foreign passport.
The player has a "VALID STAY" based on Bureau of Immigration rules.
The player can check-in the front money required to enroll in the program in either US Dollars or its equivalent in Philippine Pesos.
The player must enroll within four months form the last day of arrival.
Requirements
Photo of the player with the passport's validity
Date of latest arrival in the country
Stamp of extension of passport
Philippine Visa or extension of Valid Stay
Front Money
The playing capital deposited at the Treasury
The playing capital checked-in at the table certified by the Pit Manager before or at the start of the play.
Players' Amenities ( Airfare & Room, Food and Beverages)
The player is entitled to amenities based on his front money and qualification to EFPRP.
Airfare amenity is granted only once every visit to the country.
Room and F&B accommodations shall be limited to three(3) days or the 72 hours playing period. Any additional amenities to be granted to the player shall be subject to the
approval of Branch Manager.
Cash subsidy or reimbursement equivalent to the amount of amenities the player is entitled to.
In cases wherein the player has no agent, the3% commission may be granted to the player in the form of amenities.
AGENT'S INCENTIVE
The agent is entitled to an Agent's Commission equivalent to 3% of his player's front money provided:
The player's total bet is at least 60% of the front money.
The player's actual loss is at least 60% of the front money at the end of the playing period.
The player's Agent is entitled to standard hotel room and complimentary food and beverage.
Rebate on Actual Loss
Rebate rate will be based on his front money.
To qualify for the Rebate on Actual Loss, the player must have:
Total bets of at least six times the front money
Loss of at least 60% of the front money
OPTION: EFPRP
Effective qualified front money shall be based on the computed total bets or actual loss whichever outcome is higher.
Application will only be allowed at the end of the playing record.
ACTUAL LOSS PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN PLAYERS
Qualifications:
The player must be foreign national
The player must present his original passport.
The player's last arrival in the Philippines must be within 6mos regardless of the country of origin.
The player's actual loss must be at least US$6,000 or its peso equivalent.
PLAYING PERIOD:
Playing period shall be granted amenities depending on the amount of actual loss.
Guidelines for Amenities:
The player may be extended plane fare reimbursement, purchase or cash subsidy only once every visit in the Philippines.
Amenities such as room and F & B accommodations shall be limited to the maximum playing period of seventy-two hours. Any additional amenities to be granted to the player shall be subject to the approval of the Senior Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
Players may opt for Cash Subsidy in lieu of the amenities, Hotel and F&B accommodations may be extended to the agent if his player's actual loss is $15,000 and up, subject to the approval of the Senior Branch Manager.
FOREIGN GROUP PROGRAM:
Under this program, a group must have at least(5) players to enroll under this program.
FOREIGN TOUR MARKETING PROGRAM(FTGMP)
This is an incentive program provided for Tour Group Operators and Tour Guides who bring foreign Tour Groups to PAGCOR branches.
Amenities:
As general rule, the granting of complimentary amenities(e.g. food and beverage) to the tour group members under the FTGMP shall be based on the existing Pagcor house rules.
Computation of Incentives:
An incentive of P100 shall be given, which shall be equally shared by the Tour Operator and Tour Guide, for every member of the Tour Group brought to Pagcor for a minimum of one hour.
GAMING HOLIDAY PACKAGE:
Guidelines
No complimentary amenities are provided for under this package.
Re-check-in of new Playing Capital will only be allowed if the player has lost as much as 70% of his original playing capital
