Candidate must be a citizen of the Philippines or has been residing in the country in the last six months before the start of the contest’s official rehearsal schedule. She will be required to submit two proofs of identification.

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation in the contest’s preliminary round of the local or national competition, She must not be more than 25 years of age by October 1, 2012. She is required to submit a copy of her birth certificate.

Candidate agrees to abide by all existing rules of the “Miss Casino Filipino” beauty pageant.

Candidate must be single, born female and has never given birth.

Candidate must be of good moral character and has not been convicted of any crime.

Candidate must possess poise, personality, intelligence, inward & outward charm.

Candidate must choose a Filipina Icon (living or deceased) who serves as her model and inspiration.

For the talent portion in the preliminary and final judging, the candidate can sing, dance, play a musical instrument, perform dramatic reading, etc. PERFORMANCE IN THE TALENT PORTION IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO MINUTES ONLY. The presentation must be performed live.

A “Best in Talent” Special Award will be given during the Grand Coronation Night. The talent portion, however, shall not be considered a parameter in determining the pageant winner.

The candidate agrees that if she is among those selected at the Branch-level, she will move on to the Miss Casino Filipino 2012 Grand Coronation Night to represent the branch where she was selected.

Candidates selected at the Branch-level will be provided with transportation and accomodation within Metro Manila from the pre-pageant week until the Grand Coronation Night. Pick-up points shall be at the branch where they were chosen as grand finalist.

A candidate agrees that if she is among those selected top winners of the Miss Casino Filipino 2012 pageant, she will complete her reign until the crowning of the next Miss Casino Filipino. She also agrees to perform all her duties and responsibilities as a spokesperson and image model of Casino Filipino.

Five (5) winners will be selected during the Grand Coronation Night with the corresponding prizes:

Grand winners will receive 50% of the cash prize right after the pageant. Full payment of the remaining 50% cash prize will be divided into 12 equal amounts and will be paid to the winners on a monthly basis.

The Top 5 Winners will commit to a three-appearance deal free of charge for PAGCOR events and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) undertakings. Succeeding bookings will entail corresponding honoraria of at least Php 5,000 per appearance.

Miss Casino Filipino 2012 will not sign a management contract with any individual or corporation and she will not give any written or verbal endorsement of a mercantile commodity or commercial organization, nor will she permit any photographs to be used in connection with any advertised commodity or service not associated with this contest without the permission of the PAGCOR Board of Directors through PAGCOR’s Assistant VP for Entertainment.
