He said this year’s National Women’s Month theme reflects the administration’s flagship Bagong Pilipinas program “wherein all Filipinos, no matter his or her social status, are given the equal opportunity to live and enjoy a better quality of life.”

“Here at PAGCOR, the quest for gender equality has gone a long way, and this is evident in the number of women employees who occupy strategic positions and who are instrumental in ensuring that we achieve all our targets and objectives on a daily basis,” he said.

The PAGCOR chief assured all female employees that management will always support their welfare and continuous growth.

“We would like to suggest a little tweak to the theme of this year’s National Women’s Month celebration, so that instead of saying Kakahayan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan!, here at PAGCOR it should be Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Matagal nang Napatunayan!”
