By 2028 PAGCOR shall be the leading gaming authority in the Asia-Pacific region -- innovative, proactive, and socially responsible -- creating a safe, inclusive, and gender responsive environment in the workplace and in the gaming industry.
To undertake Gender Mainstreaming by proactively addressing existing and emerging gender-related issues and concerns, through the integration of Gender and Development (GAD) principles within PAGCOR and throughout Philippine gaming industry.
I - Increased commitment to GAD as reflected in all PAGCOR policies, programs, projects, and activities.
II - Enhanced GAD knowledge and competencies of PAGCOR management, officers and staff to undertake Gender Mainstreaming.
III - Strengthened GAD mainstreaming mechanisms that seek to address or contribute in responding to PAGCOR’s gender issues.
IV - Updated, functional and well-maintained gender database to be utilized for gender analysis.
V - Effective monitoring and evaluation of Gender Mainstreaming commitments analysis.
