By joining this competition, I agree that my personal data may be used by PAGCOR for purposes of announcing to the general public and to the media, the updates on the outcome of the regional screening and grand finals, as well as for other PR and communication materials of the corporation. I also agree that PAGCOR may opt to upload in its official website, a gallery of photos that will be submitted for this contest.

Furthermore, I agree to accomplish the two (2) notarized Waiver / Parental Consent Forms to be signed by the parent/legal guardian of each recognizable minor subject/s or model/s in the photograph/s ( for more details please refer to Section 14 of the Contest Mechanics under Submission of Entries). Both notarized Waivers/Parental Consent Forms must be submitted immediately upon advice if and when a photo entry/ies has/have been chosen as Grand Finalist/s. Failure to submit the said notarized waiver and parental consent forms will be a ground for disqualification.

I understand that my consent does not preclude the existence of other criteria for lawful processing of personal data as provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws.

PAGCOR assumes no responsibility for any transmission error or delay in the submission of the entries. The agency cannot also be held responsible for any theft, deletion and/or alteration that might be made on the entries/entry forms that will be submitted online.
