GAD DATABASE AND SEX-DISAGGREGATED DATA





PAGCOR, through the GFPS, shall develop a database containing gender statistics and sex-disaggregated data that have been systematically gathered, regularly updated, and subjected to gender analysis for planning, programming, and policy formulation. The analysis of sex-disaggregated data would help evaluate the results of the gender analysis to determine the gender-responsive PAPs of the agency


The TWG tasked on GAD Database and SDD shall be guided by the following:


1. Identify relevant gender indicators aligned with PAGCOR's operations, such as:

  • Employee demographics (e.g., gender, position, department)
  • Participation in training and development programs
  • Utilization of Women’s Help Desk services
  • Incidents of sexual harassment or discrimination
  • Access to gender-responsive policies and benefits

  • 2. Develop forms, surveys, and digital systems that capture data disaggregated by sex (male, female, others) that are:

  • accessible and user-friendly
  • compliant with data privacy regulations
  • aligned with the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG)


  • 3. Establish a centralized system to store and manage GAD data which ensures data integrity and security as well as ease of access for authorized personnel.
